Being busy for the sake of being busy is a waste of time.
With many working a remotely, on site or hybrid on site and remotely… it is NOT about being busy and seen digitally.

? Don’t make the mistake of encouraging staff to busy and visible.
? Encourage them to be productive per their job description for their position.
Speaking of Job Description…make sure what is expected of the position is clearly communicated to the employee.
Define:
-What are the executing daily and what is the desired outcome
-How will performance be measured
-If working remote or hybrid what does that mean
No companies goal is as follows
“we want you to be visible being busy for the sake of being busy online while working remotely.”
Make sure it is not your goal.
